🛍️ Ordering & Personalisation
Q: How do I personalise my mug?
A: It’s easy! Simply choose your favourite design, enter the name, message, or text you’d like to appear, and preview your design before checkout. Please double-check spelling and details — we print exactly what you provide.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Because we start production quickly, we can only make changes if your order hasn’t entered the printing process yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an amendment.
Q: Can I upload my own image or design?
A: Some of our mugs allow for photo uploads or custom artwork. If you’d like something special, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: Will the colours on my mug look exactly like they do on screen?
A: We do our best to match colours accurately, but small variations can occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most personalised orders are produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 days after dispatch (UK mainland).
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us to check availability and shipping costs.
Q: How will my mug be packaged?
A: Each mug is carefully packed in a sturdy, protective box to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Q: My mug arrived broken — what should I do?
A: Oh no! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement right away

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Payments are securely processed through Stripe — we never store your card details.
Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a personalised mug?
A: Because personalised items are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or customer input errors (like typos). Please check all details carefully before placing your order.
Q: What if my mug is faulty or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll replace it or offer a refund. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and your order details.
Q: How long do I have to return non-personalised items?
A: For non-personalised items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them in their original condition.

Q: Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
A: Yes! All our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are both dishwasher and microwave safe — although we recommend gentle handwashing to keep designs looking vibrant for years to come.
Q: What size are your mugs?
A: Our standard mugs hold approximately 11oz (325ml). We also offer larger and speciality mug sizes on selected designs.
Q: Do your mugs come in gift boxes?
A: Most mugs come in a plain white or brown presentation box. Gift wrapping options may be available for special occasions — please check product listings or contact us for details.
