FREE POSTAGE
We are glad to offer our customers great value and service with Free Postage. That’s why we provide free postage on all of our orders. We print the Mugs on site here in the UK and post directly to you. We aim to despatch orders placed prior to 1pm the same day Mon-Fri.
We carefully package and post your Mugs in smash-proof boxes lined with bubble wrap to ensure your item arrives to you safely. If on the rare occasion, your item arrives damaged, please ensure to photograph the damage and email it over to us at hello@muggatea.co.uk – ensure you include your order number in the email.
We will need 3 – 4 images, including;
- A picture of the damaged goods
- A picture of the inner and outer packaging paying attention to any image to the box
- A clear picture of the shipping label, including the tracking number.
Once we have the necessary information, we will confirm via email and let you know the next steps.

Delivery time varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping, However we do our best to post your whole order together.
